THE PROCESS OF RESIDENTIAL ROOFING ENQUIRIES
REQUEST A QUOTE
Get in touch and answer some simple questions so we can identify the scope and scale of your project.
INITIAL SURVEY APPOINTMENT
We come out to your home or development to meet with you and assess the work that needs to be done. Once completed, we hand our detailed notes to our Estimating Team.
QUOTE SENT
The Estimating team creates a FREE quote and sends it to you to review. This is your opportunity to ask any questions and amend anything on the quote (if needed.)
ACCEPT THE QUOTE & PAY DEPOSIT
Once you’re happy with the project quote, we request you pay a deposit of 25%. Once received, we then book your roofing works into the calendar and send you the project details.
PROJECT BEGINS
Once a start date has been agreed, the set up process can begin, with materials and equipment such as scaffolding and skips being delivered to your home. This helps us ensure your project is started on or as close to your start date as possible, with any time alterations being communicated clearly along the way.
DURING THE PROJECT
Throughout the project, our Contracts Manager will keep you updated on our progress and answer any questions you may have.
PROJECT COMPLETION
Our Contracts Manager or Head Roofer will meet with you to review the project and confirm you are happy with all work completed. Your final payment will be due at this point. Once payment has been received, we will send you your Guarantee.
